Orbi 50 - Satellite connection issue

Hello, looking for help on this issue. My 2 orbi satellites were working well for last couple of months and one of them stopped recoginizing the router. I have taken following steps as recommended by this community and not able to fix the issue

1. Software version is current for all the satellites and router and no mismatch

2. Conducted multiple times the standard sync between router and satellite
3. Reset the satellite to factory settings. the LED turns to blue but not able to detect or add as a new satellite it on the admin page 

 

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions i could follow to fix this issue. Appreciate your time and help.

    Last resort, make a back up configuration to file on the RBR, then try a reset on the RBR and setup from scratch. Add the 1 RBS that seems to be giving problems. Does it add and show as a connected RBS? If not, the RBS maybe faulty. 

    Add the other working RBS to ensure it connects.

      Meant to say Firware version. Router and satellites have this "V2.5.1.8

        bad firmware....revert back now
