Can you describe the behavior of the Orbi power and "ring" LED's when the router is powered on?

It blinks white then goes to purple. Wireless does not work. If I have my desktop plugged in to the orbi router via ethernet has no internet but if I plug computer in directly to the modem computer has internet. Problem with orbi router
