OK, I saw on this blog that there was new firmware (2.7.0.70) for both the RBR50 and RBS50. They did not show up when I logged into the router but they were there on the NG website so I did a manual firmware update. So far everything is up and operating normally. I'll see if the firmware update helps my situation. I'll report back.

You could also check to see if you have WIFI channel interference, and if so change to another channel.
