Assuming that the system was working correctly at the previous location and with the previous Internet Service Provider (ISP), this could require a new setup.
How do you manage the WiFi system:
- Using the Orbi 'app' with a smartphone or tablet?
- Using the Orbi web browser interface from a computer or tablet?
It would help to know exactly which Xfinity device is provided at the new location. (They have dozens of customer devices.)
