orbi ac2200 router with 2 satillites. how to switch smart tv to 5GHz from 2.4 GHz

The orbi dynamically changes which radio you connect to based upon signal strength and bandwidth usage. Usually it'll switch to 5ghz if you need the bandwidth. Occassionally, when you're far enough away or there's interference, it won't. One thing you could try to do would be to turn your 2.4ghz transmit signal strength down. Give it a bit to connect to 5ghz and then you could turn it back up and see if it stays with the 5ghz. 

I think its under advanced---wireless settings. 

Be sure that your TV supports 5Ghz as well. Some may not have this support.
