What modem are you using?
Have you checked your modem signal strengths?
Do all devices have issues, just wireless devices, just wired devices?
Or is it just devices connected to the satellites?
Does it stay stable if you just try running the router (without satellites)?

I have checked the modem signal strength, and its perfect.
Its only the wireless devices which have issues, the wired are perfect.
I will try without satellites.

You can also try enabling/disabling:
Fast roaming
Beamforming
daisy chain (unless you're using daisy chain and need it)

I have enabled fast roaming and Beamforming and testing the last days.
It works good when I have only one satellite connected. If I turn one one of the others it becomes unstable, which I dont understand.

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Is Daisy Chain enabled?
