I hope people are doing well and satying during these difficult times.  Since we are now all working from home and having to help homeschool, we were having issues with our Wifi.  We did our research...

Thanks for the response!  Unfortunately I can't move my modem from the basement as this is where they set-up everything.  

How do you manually set a channel?  I think it must be on auto.

don't waste your time on setting a manual channel.....your neighbors are doing the same.

 

is it possible to run a ethernet cable out of the basement to a new location for the Orbi ...maybe the next floor up.  The middle of the house is best.
