Hi,
I should have done it from the start, but reinstalling the Orbi app on my iPhone made it work. Thanks for your support đ

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Your behind on FW as well:

Hi,
Thanks for your support. I've tried the sollutions suggested. Firmware updated on both satellite and router, disabled randomized MAC and IP privacy. But still can't add the device and I'm getting the same error message as before. It's not a big issue, just annoying so a may just skip to add the iPhone as a trusted device

What iOS is on the iPhone?
You can set a IP address reservation for the phone at least:

Are you trying to add this to the Access Control section of the routers web page?

Thx. I run iOS 17.4 and tried to reserve an IP-address in the router. Still experiencing the same issue though...

Where are you see this message at?
SInce the system is behind on FW, i'd update FW and then factory reset the system and setup from scratch using a web browser and PC: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-Wi-Fi-5-AC-and-Orbi-with/New-RBR50-RBS50-Firmware-Version-2-7-5-4/td-p/2296598/jump-to/first-unread-messagehttps://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
Once system is set up again, you should be able to setup an IP address reservation and also should be able to set up access controls as well.
