I should have done it from the start, but reinstalling the Orbi app on my iPhone made it work. Thanks for your support 🙏

Are you trying to add this to the Access Control section of the routers web page?
Where are you see this message at?

Once system is set up again, you should be able to setup an IP address reservation and also should be able to set up access controls as well.
