I contacted Support and got it fixed now after about 30 minutes on the phone. There was some hidden setting that was unchecked that was blocking some of the https sites.

I would make contact with NG support and ask for help on this. Possible RMA maybe needed too:

You seem to be the only one having this issue right now.

Tried what you asked and still a no go. I actually went out and bought a netgear ac1200, hooked that up, put Orbi system in AP mode and able to get to everything now without VPN connection. So something is hidden in the Orbi system is blocking all the sites I'm having issues with.

Can you post on here where the setting was so that if future people have this problem, they'll know where/what the setting is? And what its called?
Thanks!

Interesting. Yes, would like to know what this setting is please. This will help others should they have this same problem.

Sorry for the delay, I was traveling for business and didn't have access to the router to remember what it was. The setting was "Disable SIP ALG". This comes defaulted unchecked. Checked the box and rebooted ORBI everything started working again. Thank you guys for all the assistance on trying to get this back up and running.

Interest that SIP ALG was the cause. Glad it works for you. Mark that as solved. I would make a backup of the config to file for safe keeping.
Enjoy now. :smileywink:
