Option 3 would be the easiest for now. Once you understand more about networking and modem router configurations, then you could try the DMZ and router mode on the Orbi.

You can put the Orbi in AP (access point) mode. it disables the orbi router functions but leaves the wireless and ethernet ports still active to use.
That's how I use my orbi.
