Option 3 would be the easiest for now. Once you understand more about networking and modem router configurations, then you could try the DMZ and router mode on the Orbi.

FURRYe38 Thank you for your advice. I've gone with option 3 for the time being just until I familiarise myself with networking. I'm trying to get into IT you see, more specifically the cloud section but I'm on CBTNuggets and I see networking on there. Again, thank you.
What I've done is turned both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz access points off and enabled the access points option on my Orbi.
