I don't know exactly what's going on, but I had a similar problem starting around the same time. Rebooting everything (modem, Orbi router, and Orbi satellite) resolved the issue for several hours, but then it recurred. I noticed a few things, which you could check to see if your experiene is the same as mine.
I often was notified, both on smartphones and computers, that I was connected to the WLAN, but didn't have internet access. I could ping both my router and satellite, and could ping global IP addresses (e.g., Clouflare's 1.1.1.1 and Google's 8.8.8.8) but could not ping any domains (e.g., cloudflare.com and google.com would both fail), so it seemed to be something DNS-related. I discovered changing the DNS settings on the Orbi usually resolved the issue temporarily, both with less disruption and faster, since it didn't require a reboot. I also discovered unplugging the satellite seemed to resolve the issue, though I don't know for how long, because I never left it unplugged long enough to see if the issue recurred absent the satellite. So it seems it was somehow both DNS-related and specific fo the Orbi satellite. I even tried unpairing and re-pairing the satellite from the router, but that didn't fix it long-term, either. Same with reinstalling the firmware for the satellite. In the end, I ended up doing a factory reset and reconfiguring the Orbi, and, so far, the issue has not returned.
If the above matches your experience, I might recommend trying something I didn't know how to do at the time, which is doing a factory reset on just the satellite(s) to see if that resolves it with less hassle.
Go to your satellite's web interface debug page, e.g., 192.168.1.2/debug.htm
Enable telnet
Telnet into the satellite, log in
Use the following commands:
config default config commit reboot
Repeat for all satellites
See if that resolves the issue. If not, all I can say is to do a factory reset on the router as well, which seems to have worked for me, but creates more work. I don't know if the issue was caused by the router having some corrupt configuration it kept propogating to the satellite, or if it was something the satellite itself had as a corrupt configuration.
