Orbi AC3000 RBK53

Just finished setup. My Google FireTV keeps losing connection. My Sony TV works, but not the Amazon.... Suggestions?

Uhhhhh.....no idea what those things are.
I’m beyond novice when it comes to this. I was just hoping to Plug N Go.....
