Orbi AC3000 router solid Magenta
After a couple of year of problemless use I have now ended up with a solid purple ring on my router and the satelites. I have one computer connect with a fixed cable to the Orbi router and this comp...
I had access to an extra router, did a factory reset on it and my old satelites, and then set everything up again using my old network details. Now my network works again. Not sure if I had a hardware fault, but that would be my guess.
To find the FW version, please user a PC or laptop and connect to the RBRs web page at 192.168.1.1 to find the version.
Also your modem may have a built in router. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
Also have the ISP check signal and services up to the modem. The router is dependent upon having a good signal from the modem.
