Orbi AC3000
I bought a orbi last summer from Walmart. Have a problem with it rebooting. I called tech support and they changed my purchase date to two years ago, and told me I'm out of warranty.... can anyone explain that to me? Brand new, from the store, and refused support. I'm not very happy with how this is being handled. Can anyone help? And yes I do have proof of purchase.

For warranty issues, you can contact one of the forum moderators and provide details via a private message. (Netgear prefers that customers not post any sensitive information on a public forum.) Just click on a link to a moderator's name, which will take you to a web page where you can create a private message, such as Blanca_O
Orbi comes with a one year product warranty, but Netgear only includes 90 days of "complimentary support". (There are numerous complaints in the forum about this.) That is why many people have come to the community forum to seek help from the people who volunteer assistance.
