Orbi and AT&T Uverse unable to connect and need SIMPLE instructions
I can't follow some of hte instructions listed here - they are a bit more technical than I can grasp. I have the ORBI and called support and can get to the orbi admin page via browser. I guess I need to changes settings in my modem but am not following the instructions provided. Additional - lower level info would be very helpful.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.https://www.f0il.com/how-to-arris-bgw210-700-modem-router-with-netgear-xr500-router/
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop- ShawnborrorAspirant
So if I understood anything that was in this post I would try it- I don't know what you are saying about a bridge...etc. Because of Covoid I can't get to AT&T support.
For ease of setup and installation, I would recommend trying option #3 first...
