Orbi and bt home hub
i am trying to connect my new Orbi wifi system to my bt home hub (5) i tried turning the bt wifi off - but then i couldnt get on the internet asn it said it was not secure - how can i help that pleas...
As plemans says, you need to put the Orbi into AP mode.
But a better option would be to remove the HomeHub 5, take it out into the garden and jump up and down on the horrible box before sending it off to the local recycling service. The HomeHub is worth what you paid for it, nothing.
Before you do that buy a decent modem only device that does not claim to be a router. I got the DM200. Now £32.45 from one of the usual suspects. There are cheaper modem only boxes.
