Orbi and multicasting

Question

I am with PlusNet and have a subscription to BT Sports and other internet TV channels. I can get BBC iPlayer on my tv but I can't get BT Sports. Support at PlusNet said I need "multicasting" to get the tv channels.

i have configured the router to Support BT IGMT proxying but still I cannot get BT Sports. Can anyone tell me why?

Did you get this working? It still won't work for me and Netgear support were useless and closed my ticket.
