Orbi and Nest

After multiple attempts to diagnose with our ISP and with Nest, the folks at Nest believe the issue is with the broadcast from the Orbi.

Specifically, when I reset a camera to factory settings and then go to add it to our network, there are somewhere between 7 and 9 listings for our network (all with the same name).

As I understand it, the Orbi should just be broadcasting one SSID, so they believe there is something in the broadcast that is causing confusion for the camera and that it keeps losing connections as it tries to change the connection.

Has anyone had any similar issues or any suggestions for what might be causing this?
