Orbi App - Device not recognized fail
My Orbi app no longer seems to work. When I first set up the router, worked fine. Now, when I enter the app, it tells me it doesn't recognize the device (my phone), and offers to send a confirmation text or an alternative, to my email to enter a device confirmation code. Problem is - I never get the text and never receive an email. I just upgraded the router's firmware and still no joy. I can log into my account via the web, but the app just keeps giving me same error.
Anyone else get this?? Any ideas on how I can get Netgear to acknowledge my phone again? :smileysad:
