Orbi app and wired satellites
I have two RBS50 connected to my Orbi router. When they are on a wireless connection, everything works fine, including the Orbi iOS app. When connected via ethernet cable, weird thing happen: my home WiFi network works fine, but the Orbi app does not recognize it (I get the message "WiFi not detected, even though Local Network is detected) and my desktop Orbilogin also fails to connect. I am practically blind to my Orbi network. Very annoying. Is there a way around this? TIA.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
