Orbi App cannot find my orbi

Purchased and set up my system today, all 3 satellites and the router work fine.  Strong signal.  After downloading the latest 'firmware' the orbi's reset, but the app could not find them any more.  Uninstalled, then reinstalled the app, which did not work either.

Now I am stuck in the mode that the app is looking for the orginial 'orbi' wifi system, but the system is under the ssid name I gave it.

 

I did unplug all the units and the modem and started from scratch.  Twice.  It always boots up with the SSID name I gave it, not the original equipment name, hence the app doesn't work.

 

I have one last spot I'd like to add a satellite, but I don't think I can without the app working.

 

What do I do now.
