Orbi App Keeps Crashing & Parental Controls Disappeared
The Orbi app on my iPhone keeps locking up and crashing and then fails to login a couple of times, then starts working again. Also, the parental controls tile disappeared for a while, then came back. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same problem. I rebooted the router and satellites, same problem. Also, when I login to the Orbi web interface, it's really slow and the 'Attached Devices' page just hangs forever or gives a 404 error. This just started happening a couple of hours ago. It's all be working great for months.
Is Netgear having problems with their authentication servers or something? What's going on?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
