What FW is loaded on the Orbi system?
I'd try a full factory reset on the RBR with a wired PC and web browser. Setup using the web browser mentod. Be sure to write down all important information for safe keeping. Once the RBR is setup again, try the Orbi app. You might uninstall the app then re-install it. Also try the app on a different device as well.

Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Did it work because you did a factory reset? I have the same problem - all my connections work except for 1 device. I played around with the Orbi app, not sure what I did in the Devices section and then 1 connection (fireTV stick - one of many in my house) and now the Orbi app does not work either.
I am going to explore the factory reset option. But, wanted to confirm before I take such a drastic measure to fix my issue.

Something to try out and see.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi App product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi App and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Good Luck.
