Orbi app not launching my samsung galaxy S8
I can not able to open the Orbi app when I click on the orbi icon in my phone(Samsung Galaxy s8+). When I click it trys to open and never opens. Only way I can access from my phone is go to Play store then search for Orbi and then click open then the app is opening.
I uninstalled and re installed and still doesn't work.
Here are the details.
Product Model: RBR50
Serial Number: 4PM7725V04BED
Purchase Date: 2018-12-01
Appreciate any help on this.
