Orbi app speed test results rounded to the nearest integer?

This screenshot from the Orbi app shows numbers with one decimal place but all of them are zero. Does this mean that the numbers are rounded up or down to the next integer? Why would they do this? It would be important to know whether the ISP intentionally limits the upload rate to exactly 1 or 2 Mbit/s or whether these numbers are rounded by the math used in the speed test.
