Orbi App

Seeking answer.. Using the Orbi app - -can I "see" my home network while away from home - what is connected, etc? -- or do I have to be home and connected to that wireless network?

       I must be doing something wrong then -- I can "see" the router but it says offline -- and to connect to wireless network where the router is installed

    I would remove the app from the phone and reboot the phone while your at home and the phone is on your wireless network. Re-install the app and log in and connect to the router. It should show as being online while your at home.

      Thank you. I ended up connecting while at home, turning off remote management and then turned it back in. That seemed to solve my problem
