Hi my app do no show my conected devices , i unistall it and intall again and doesnt work i need to acces my orbi using my computer

I suspect this is actually the SOAP problem I reported with FW 16 and not the app. The app is getting bad data.

I believe SOAP refers to this:

It's a mechanism to query the Orbi router for information. The Orbi "app" communicates with the Orbi router, asks for information, and does things with it (such as display icons, etc.)

Sorry. I should have provided more background. SOAP is the method that the app uses to get data from Orbi. Per my previous posts, I believe the problem is that Orbi is giving incorrect data to the app rather than an actual problem in the app. I had some issues with the new app too but I have an Excel spreadsheet that can make SOAP calls directly to Orbi. The data from Orbi is incorrect.
