Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Please use this link to the main forum product list to review and choose where to make your posts.

Is there a difference in a WAN port and the internet port in of the Obri router?
Absolutely there is a difference. The Orbi will connect to the internet only through the WAN port.

Agreed. But it is a bit confusing that on the Obri router there is a yellow port for input marked "internet" (not WAN). I'm familiar with a WAN port from my current router and others but wanted to get affirmation that there is no diffenece in this "internet port" from what we know as WAN.
Here's you can see the backside of the router.https://www.netgear.com/uk/home/wifi/mesh/rbk353/

You are SO RIGHT (and I am so embarassed). Bless their little pointed heads. On the older Orbi's, the entire jack was yellow and labelled "WAN". Score for reading comprehension: zero.
