Hi, I have a Nighthawk X4s Ac2600 modem/router, but lacked wifi in some parts of the house, so just installed Orbi AX6000 (2 satellites), I've changed Orbi to AP, but wifi still available from the AC...

With my weak psychic powers, I can't see the LEDs or the settings on
that device.

Did you? Apparently not. In the D7800 User Manual, it's called
"WiFi On/Off button with WiFi LED".

It only _sounds_ radical; it's actually quite a normal thing to do.

The less you read, the more you might miss.

Yes, I did RTFM, which is how I discovered the LED was actually a switch! Much easier than trying to muck about with the settings on the device manager page. Yes, I deserve the comments you made, however, as a non technical lady of a certain age, I was impressed I managed to get it all set up and put the Orbi in AP mode (or was that wrong?) and have it working! TBH I spend my working life advising on infectious diseases and outbreaks, but know F*** all about networks and setting them up. I will endeavour to ensure I have RTFM in future, before asking stupid questions!
