I use an unmanaged Netgear switch but have other devices on the same switch. Do the staelites need their own switch? Or can other devices be on the switch too?
Is "currently" significant? i.e. was this configuration working before?
Yes, other devices can be on the same switch as the satellite.
Is it correct to assume that the swtich comes after the Orbi, i.e.::
Internet modem port connected to WAN (yellow) port on Orbi.
Orbi LAN port connected to switch.
Satellite and other devices connected to switch.

If your vonage devices aren't connected, do you have issues with other devices connected?
I've seen where some VOIP phone setups host their own dhcp server and it can cause issues.
