What is the TP-Link router connected to?
If possible, eliminate it.
You will more than likely, since the IP address changed on your Orbi router, need to reconfigure each device trying to reconnect. This is very common, especially if the devices are set to static IP.
You may have to reset the Orbi router if all else fails.
I doubt your network was hacked.
