Orbi Blocking Overwatch Live Chatting on PS4

Have tried opening up all neccesary TCP and UDP ports for PSN, Blizzard services, and Overwatch. Have also tried putting PS4 in DMZ doesn't work. Disabled all firewall and security settings still nothing. I found another discussion thread that had similar issues that were never solved in January. Thinking about returning router if this cannot be fixed.

  • Is this the only game that this happens with?

Can you chat with othres on the PS live chat network while not in a game?

Try changing NAT filter from Secure to OPEN. Save settings then reboot.

Might try a reset on the router, walk thru the set up wizard while the PS is turn OFF. Just set up the wifi and check the speed test if on the router. Ensure uPnP is enabled. Make sure IPv6 is disabled. Do one more reboot then after the router is ready, turn ON the PS console.

    What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?

The only thing needed is uPnP. No Port Forwarding rules nor DMZ is needed....
