What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too? Is there a built in router here by chance?

Yes if there is a router in front of the Orbi router, users might see this blocking we sites issues. As stated putting the Orbi router in AP mode should resolve this. This is a reason why we ask users for ISP Modem Mfr and model# information.
Users have a couple of other altermatives if users want to use Orbi as a router. Options 1 and 2 should be reviewed.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

For the benefit of others, mine is through a UK Plusnet router. As advised in the following I've post I've also disabled the wifi on the Plusnet router to reduce interference - so thank you for that too. So far so good, Orbi is super powerful with a strong signal throughout the house.
