ORBI BRB40 cannot disable 5ghz via http://orbilogin.com
I have an OCO/ivideon web cam that can suddenly not connect to my network. Ivideon reports that their camera cannot access netw3ork via 5ghz. I am trying to turn that frequency off but cannot figure out how. Help articles mention going to advanced wireless on orbilogin site and turning off the 5ghz radio, I am not seeing that option. Lacking that, I have set my 5ghz band to 25% power, still not access by the camera. ORBI RBR40, firmware v2.3.5.30

Their help desk, while meaning well, is not being helpful. If the ivideon camera is incapable of 5G access, then whether 5G is "on" or "off" makes no difference to the camera It has no 5G radio. It's like saying the reason a blind person cannot hear is because the person speaking is wearing blue.
It appears that this ivideon camera at one time connected to the network and "suddenly" it no longer does. Was the 5G channel active at the time the camera did connect? If so, turning off 5G is not likely to help resolve the problem.
It is not clear which model of ivideon camera this is. It appears from the "How to connect" web page that many of these cameras are told which network to use by generating a "QR code" and pointing the camera at it. (My Wyze and Reolink cameras operate just this way.)
My first step would be to "reset" the camera and go through the setup process again.
Thanks for your response. Yes, I have tried ALL of your remedies, several times! I am tending to think it is the OCO1. I purchased it several years ago after my office was robbed, might have oultived its usefulness! It had never had problems connecting to my 5Ghz network(s) until suddenly one day, a blinking green light. I have not yet created a network using an older Airport Express nor have I messed with it at home where I have a similar Orbi network. Buying a replacement cam might be the lease hassle!
