Orbi cable router CBR40
comcast has good signal to the Orbi. All my devices recognize the Orbi but no internet connection. Satellite is synced but no signal and no devices see it.

tried turning off for extender periods several times in the 2+ hours spent with camcast tech, all w/o the satellite. The one test I perhaps should have performed was to connect a computer directly to the CBR40 and see if I had internet--that might have isolated the router component as the problem.
Not sure I understand your question re: the web page but I'll investigate; thanks.

Once you log into the CBRs web page, you'll see a status on this page for the internet.

not finding the "status" you reference on any CBR pages. Could you kindly provide a link?

Soon as you log in you should be on the BASIC tab page. There will be small sections regarding Internet, Wireless and other features. Look the internet tile here. This will give you a GOOD or Disconnected status. You can Also select the Advanced tab and see more information regarding the internet connection and wiriess status.
