Orbi can't connect to internet during setup
I bought an Orbi 4G LTE router model LBR20 in Austria and it doesn't connect to the internet also after confirming the NPA details manually. Few time with the technical support but no solution.....
Reset of the device didn't help as well.
Any ideas before returning the product?

The product data sheet describes which LTE channels the device supports in the EU (page 4):

I would probably start with the cellular provider and verify:
- The the LTE service in your area from your carrier is on one of those channels
- If they have any experience with LTE modems, such as the Orbi.
LTE modems are becomming more and more common.)
There may be 'something different' about your carrier.
