Orbi can't login to CBS

I cannot login to CBS all access through the Orbi.   I have tried https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi/Orbi-Blocking-Websites-Solved/td-p/1677125   Tried using a different DNS server, no luck ...

Would also help to know:

  • Specifically what modem (brand & model) the Orbi is connected to, and
  • If Orbi is in "router" (the default) or Access Point (AP) mode.

    I use CHarter Spectrum. I don't know that modem it is.

    The Orbi is in the default router mode.

      Thanks for the information.  I also use Spectrum.  would you happen to know the firmware release on the Orbi?

      On the Orbi web interface, it is in the upper right corner.

        Router Firmware Version
        V2.3.5.30

         

        I just set this router up two days ago and started having this problem.
