Orbi cbk40 issues

- I was able to fix it by completely turning everything from the modem (cbr40) and satellite(rbs20) off for 10 minutes and then restarting just the modem. I was able to enter the modem/router settings of the cbr40. All is well.
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge, Firefox or Opera. If any of these can't access the web page at 192.168.1.1, then you'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch.
I have tried 3 different browsers. Nothing has solved the issue. Is it a firmware problem? Is there an update I can do instead of doing a factory reset?
