Orbi connection issues

So I have the system fully setup, the app tells me I’m getting 400Mbps speeds, but when I do an actual speedtest app test, I get only 40Mbps from one satalite and the main router. I only get full speed via being close to one of the satalites. Sooo frustrated right now I can’t even tell you.

    Which Orbi system do you have set up?

    What Mfr and model# is the ISP modem? 

    What ISP Speeds UP and Down do you pay for? 

     

    What wireless device are you using to speed test wireless? 

    Are LAN wired speed tests to spec with a LAN cable connected PC? 

     

    Try different speedtest server sites. Some sites are busier than others and can give false results. 

     

    When roaming, turn off the wireless devices radio, then move to the new location. Turn ON the wireless devices radio and let it connect automatically. Then run the speed test.
