Orbi CRB750 drops video calls for 15 seconds every 3 minutes.

Hi all,

I've tried everything and I'm stumped. Any type of video call (Zoom, Google, Webex, etc.) all freeze up for about 15 seconds every few minutes. I have the Orbi and 2 satellites. 

Notes:

- Internet speeds are strong and every other thing in the house has no issue, from streaming to gaming.

- I've tested this on multiple devices, from Mac to iOS to Windows.

- I've hardwired both directing into the router and into a satellite. 

- Worked with tech support from the ISP.

- Tried every room in the house.

- And, as noted, tried multiple conferencing options.

No matter what, it freezes and drops audio for 15 seconds every few minutes. I'm at a loss. Could it be a setting in Orbi that I'm missing? I can't imagine what but I'm running out of things to troubleshoot. Any thoughts no matter how crazy would help.
