What model Orbi are you using and what firmware are you using?  This will make a huge difference, so please post.

    Have the RBR 50 router with 2 satellites. Modem is an Arris Surfboard SB6183. Currently running 2.1.2.18. Properties all all two acres so I don’t think that neighbors would effect this?
