Orbi Disconnects whenever I reboot my hard wired laptop
I have had this weird issue where if I reboot or shutdown the computer that is plugged into the RBR50 primary router using a hardwired Ethernet then my entire network shuts down until I boot it back ...

I did reset the device many times. This consistently has happened more than a dozen times so I don't think it's as simple as rebooting.
But I do think it's more than just my computer it's probably also my TV.
My setup is as follows:
AT&T Fiber Modem > Orbi RBRv2 Router > Laptop Hardwired Here
Cat 6/5E > Access Point 1
Cat 6/5E Ethernet over Coax to my TV > Access Point 2 > TV plugged into Access Point 2
Wifi Connection to Outdoor Access Point 3
The ethernet over COAX uses https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013J7OBUU/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 since I just wanted to reuse the coax already laid in my house.
The TV is hardwired to Access Point 2 and I rarely hard reboot my TV but when I do I also get a notified outage.

Thank you for this detail. I am no expert and am just guessing here, so until you get further expertise my suggestions may help.
Is Access Point 2 the satellite you're having problems with when hardwiring your TV and laptop? The ethernet over coax is unique so we may want to rule it out first, e.g., try having that satellite connect wireless back to the router and also swap it where Access Point 1 is right now. If things don't improve, we look elsewhere otherwise look into the ethernet over coax details.
