Orbi down can't get internet connection.

Well it finally happen. After months of watching so many people not have problems with orbi and me none it happen. I woke up this morning to no internet. Wifi is there no internet. Both wifi internet and eithernet are gone. I looked at the router and it was magenta. I rebooted the system a few time and my modem. It stayed magenta through a few reboots but now there is no light. The sat has no light either. Furthermore I figured I would contact netgear and it seams you only have 90 days tech support. What kinda bs is that. Cheap cheap.

Anyone able to help me?
