Orbi dropping internet connection

Looks like a modem issue. I would also contact your ISP and give them this information. They should be able to see this information from there side. Give them details on when this happens. Have them check the signal from there side to your modem.
What is the ISP your using?
What speeds do you have UP and Down you pay for?
Can you try a different modem? Maybe a Arris SB6183 or Motorola MB7420 or a different model NG model like the CM1000. I would recommend CM700 however these are intel based modems that currently have a problem in there chipsets:

I pay for 100mb and get around 70-80 down and 6-7 up on speed tests off the Orbi. Before I was getting 40 down and 3 up. I wanted to get a better setup before upgrading my speeds.
I could buy another modem and try it but would rather not spend anymore coin without knowing the modem was the issue. Could the Orbi be demanding too much from it? Not sure if that possible. It is only a few years old.

I would contact the isp have have them check your signals up to the modem. Give them the modems log info as well.
Swap out LAN cables between the modem and router. Cat6 shortest lenth possible.
Ensure your modem to the ISP service box is using RG6 cabling, not RG59.
