Orbi drops Internet Connection

I recently purchased and installed the Orbi RBR50 mesh wifi system with 2 sats and it works GREAT!  Until it drops the internet connection repetedly.  It does this about every 2 hours and comes back ...

Hey DarrenM, are Engineers working on the backhaul dropping issue? The true cause of all these drops.

    For past 2days, the orbi has been losing WAN connection. I called my ISP and it said that the router (orbi) is trying to get the DHCP address but it is on a Fixed IP address.

    BTW. the ORBI Router and satelitte is on version V1.10.1.2

    attached is the log. oh yes. when i tried to click on the "Send Log", it state that "If you want to send an e-mail notice, turn on e-mail notification on the E-mail screen." I tried looking for this email notification but i cant find any on the menu. sigh. Please at least put a navigation on how to find the email notification!

    This is as much log i could get after i rebooted the system and it was able to obtain the IP address from the ISP.

    Why is the ORBI giving so much of problem!

    I should have stuck to the R6200 or move on to another type of mesh system.
