Orbi Dual-band WiFi Slow Speed down and up speed

Hello

recently replaced our Netgear EX6300 Extender with an Orbi Wole Home Wifi System Dual-band Wifi (coverage area up to 4500 sqft) because of speed issues, our home internet speed is 100/100, internet speed. When I check the internet speed on multiple devices the best I'm getting is 36.5 down and 40.8 up, what can I do to increase the performance? I've also connected a laptop to the mothership and I got slower speed.
