Orbi factory reset itself after update

MY ORBI FACTORY-RESET ITSELF WHILE AUTO-UPDATING TO 1.12.0.18 LAST NIGHT! What a pain to wake up to this morning. Anyone else?

Me to. I am trying to reset my orbi wifi but my wifi is not recognizing orbi wifi so not able to reset.
Any solutions?
Netgear didnt do the right testing. Before releasing.
