Orbi Firmware 2.3.1.60 install error

I received an email about upgrading my firmware from 2.3.1.48. I used the Orbi app as stated. My satellite RBS50 upgraded to 2.3.1.60, yet my RBR 50 still remains on 2.3.1.48. I tried twice to upgrad...

Please try the manual upgrade of the Router.

  1. Please download the software from the Netgear Support page: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/RBR50.aspx#download to your computer
  2. Log in to the web GUI and go to >> ADVANCED >> Administration >> Firmware Update >> Manual Update  and then click on Browse and choose the file that you downloaded.
